ABOUT THE FIRM

The Law Offices of Thomas More Holland is a Plaintiff’s firm focusing on workers’ compensation, personal injury, and employment discrimination.  The Firm is based in center city Philadelphia and also has a strong presence in the Lehigh Valley area.

Tom’s father, Robert Harry Holland was a graduate of Liberty High School in the Lehigh Valley and ultimately went on to attain his law degree from Temple.  Tom’s father was a well-known and highly respected lawyer in the Lehigh Valley.  

When Tom became licensed to practice law in 1985, he joined his father’s practice and became a civil defense attorney, representing insurance companies and businesses, and defending against personal injury claims.  

After experiencing the strategies used by insurance companies, Tom decided to switch sides and begin to represent plaintiffs.  Tom opened his own law firm in 1990 and has been zealously representing clients who have been injured or victimized ever since.

Attorney Thomas More Holland has grown his practice over the years.  In 2016, Kelly Trewella joined the firm as of counsel.  Both Tom and Kelly are passionate advocates.  They are both aggressive and unrelenting in their fight for the rights of their clients.

Tom and Kelly represent clients who have been injured on the job, suffered discrimination at work, or have been injured in any type of accident arising from another’s negligence.
